1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Quantaxis / Eito Oda. Questions about privacy can be sent through our contact form.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, profile image
• Data from sign-in providers you choose (for example Google), as permitted by that provider
• Profile and VTuber application data (bio, avatar, YouTube / X / Twitch URLs, and similar)
• Activity on the Service: follows, likes, bookmarks, fan art, interview questions, and contribution-related records
• Messages you send via the contact form
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, referrer, cookies, and security tokens (including Cloudflare Turnstile)
• Payment metadata from Stripe if you subscribe (customer and subscription identifiers; we do not store full card numbers)

3. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Display ranking based on YouTube subscriber counts and related public channel data
• Process paid plans and send related notices
• Respond to contact requests and prevent abuse
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use

4. Processors and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who process it on our instructions, including:

• Supabase (authentication and database) — Privacy Policy
• Vercel (hosting) — Privacy Policy
• Google / YouTube (OAuth and public channel/live data via YouTube Data API; server-side processing only for API calls) — Google Privacy Policy
• Stripe (payments) — Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection)
• Email delivery (SMTP; messages are sent from the operator address)

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

5. Cookies and similar technology

We use cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, protect the Service, and remember basic preferences. You can block cookies in your browser; some features (including login) may stop working.

If we show advertising (for example Google AdSense), those providers may use cookies for delivery and measurement. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Ads settings.

6. Retention and international processing

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize data unless we must keep it. Our processors may store or process data outside your country, including in the United States, Japan, and the European Union.

7. Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Use the contact form. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. If you are in a region with additional rights (for example the EEA, UK, or California), we will honor those rights where they apply to this Service.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The version posted on this page is effective when published. Material changes will be noted on the site or by email when appropriate.
