1. Definitions

• “Service” means the V-Stack website and related features for following VTubers, live status, articles, fan art, interviews, and subscriber ranking.
• “Operator” means Quantaxis / Eito Oda, the provider of the Service.
• “User” means anyone who visits or uses the Service, whether or not registered.
• “Member” means a User who has registered an account.
• “VTuber Owner” means a Member who registers a VTuber profile and manages that profile’s content.
• “Content” means text, images, audio, video, data, and other information on the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented, or transferred. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or delete an account if we reasonably believe it is used in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

3. Registration review

VTuber registration and some other features may be reviewed before publication. We may decline an application without disclosing our internal criteria. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Post adult, pornographic, or excessively sexual content, or link to such content
• Register a VTuber whose activity is primarily AI-driven, or whose avatar, model, or similar assets are primarily AI-generated
• Upload fan art or other materials without permission from the rights holder
• Harass, impersonate, or defame others
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access except as we expressly allow
• Attempt to break or overload the Service

5. Content and licenses

Rights in VTuber profiles, fan art, voice, and other Content remain with their owners. You grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free license to use Content you submit in order to operate, promote, and improve the Service (including on our site and official social accounts). Fan art sent to a VTuber may also be used by that VTuber Owner for display, streaming, and similar non-exclusive promotion. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant these licenses.

6. Ranking

On the English Service, ranking lists registered VTubers by publicly available YouTube subscriber counts (and similar metrics we may add). Ranking is not a vote contest. Figures come from third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Appearing in ranking, or any particular rank, is not guaranteed.

7. Paid plans, billing, taxes, and refunds

Optional paid plans (such as the Basic plan) are billed in United States dollars (USD) through Stripe. The amount charged is the price shown at Stripe Checkout for the selected plan. Displayed prices on the site are for convenience; the Stripe Price is controlling.

Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current interval (typically monthly) until you cancel. Canceling stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the period already paid. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

Prices are stated in USD. Unless Stripe Checkout separately itemizes tax, the charged amount does not include sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes that may apply in your location. You are responsible for any taxes that are not collected at checkout.

Digital subscription fees already paid are not refunded except where applicable law requires a refund (including any mandatory cooling-off or consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived). Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled in line with Stripe’s and the card network’s rules.

8. Points and contribution scores

Points and contribution scores, if any, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change earning, expiry, or display rules.

9. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including for maintenance, legal reasons, or operational need. We will try to give reasonable notice of a permanent shutdown. The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, ranking accuracy, or any particular promotional result for VTubers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to the minimum amount required by law). These Terms do not limit rights that applicable consumer law does not allow you to waive.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version posted on this page is effective when published. For material changes that reduce your rights, we will try to give reasonable advance notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Tokyo, Japan have exclusive jurisdiction as a first instance, except that you may have additional mandatory rights in your country of residence that these Terms cannot take away.

14. Operator and contact

The English Service does not publish a Japanese Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法) disclosure. That notice applies to the Japanese site only.
